Who is this guy?
I got my first taste of the coffee business back in the mid-'90s. If I'm honest, the coffee wasn't great, and I couldn't quite figure out what all the fuss was about.
Somehow, I survived the dark roasts, Y2K, and the end of Seinfeld, and along the way, fell in love with this strange brown liquid and the industry that serves it up to the world every day.
Since then, I've run my own independent café, developed products for a global coffee franchise, and worked with some of Australia's leading coffee roasters. These days, I make videos and build courses to share what 25 years in coffee actually taught me, the foundations that help a café not just survive, but thrive.
